Dosing Station Type DS-IBC

Uninterrupted dosing of chemicals from intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) thanks to an integrated 80-liter exchangeable buffer.

Advantages of the IBC dosing station:

  • Safe installation of the IBC in accordance with the Federal Water Resources Act (WHG) and the German regulation about facilities with substances that are hazardous to water (AwSV).
  • The IBC can be exchanged during the process.
  • Level monitoring and exchange signal via level measurement.
  • Almost complete emptying of the container.
  • Minimized risk for employees during enclosure, as no contaminated suction lance needs to be removed and installed.
  • Dosing pump area largely with splash guard.
  • Accessible for loading with a high-lift truck.
  • Compact unit.
  • Version with extended buffer tank available.
  • Version also available for installation of two IBCs.
