Deep roots

Helmut Breuer GmbH is an owner-operated medium-sized enterprise located in the Cologne-Bonn area, a structurally strong economic region traditionally associated with plastics.

Since being established in 1965 by the father of the current Managing Director, the company has focused on the production of thermoplastic parts and components for use in industry and environmental protection.

Having started as a supplier of manufacturers in plant engineering (e.g. former KT Kunststofftechnik Troisdorf) and a pioneer in the serial production of moulded PE and PP parts for pressurised pipes, the company developed into a reliable, customer-oriented enterprise with a wealth of experience offering a broad range of services and involved in a variety of customer sectors.

Expanded potential

Helmut Breuer GmbH provides customers with a complete range of services from a single source, meaning that customers can dispense with bothersome supplier interfaces. An 8000m² site with approximately 4000m² of excellently equipped factory premises and high-performance machinery enables the exploiting of comprehensive options which, taken in their entirety, are seldom encountered in this sector. However, our most valuable potential is our qualified and experienced personnel, whether in consulting, design & engineering or production. And, to ensure that this remains the case, even greater investment is made in the education and training of future skilled employees.

Quality

Quality, naturally enough, is primarily expressed in customer satisfaction. Customers want to receive the products or services they have ordered by the agreed deadline and in the right quality. Use of the correct material quality, professional processing and machining and effective documentation are the fundamentals necessary to realise these goals.

Helmut Breuer GmbH is a specialist firm as defined in the WHG (Water Resources Act) and monitored by TÜV. The theoretical knowledge and practical skills of our plastic welders are tested every year by TÜV through samples taken from welds and adhesive joints.

Commitment

Helmut Breuer GmbH is a co-founder and member of the Interessengemeinschaft Kunststoff e.V. (IGK), the association, for the plastics industry, and involved in the training and skilled workers pool project which has arisen from this.
It is active in the Kompetenzzentrum Kunststoff Troisdorf, a plastics sector network project initiated by TROWISTA, the Troisdorf association for economic promotion.
